This privacy policy describes how BlobFish Activity Hub
LLC, (BlobFish, we, us or our), collects, uses and shares personal information
of users of the BlobFish Activity Hub (the Service). Any capitalized terms that
are used in this Privacy Policy, but not defined, have the meanings given to
them in the Terms of Service.
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully before using
the Service or providing any personal or private information to us through the
Service. This Privacy Policy governs our use of personal information and data

(“Sites”), but does not govern use of data collected offline or outside of the

third parties that may use our Service for registration of their programs or
otherwise interact with the Service or our Sites.
In order to browse the public portions of our Sites, you
are not required to provide any personally identifiable information. However, if you do provide any information
through our Sites or our Service, this Privacy Policy will apply to our use of
your information.
The Service is designed to allow individual users to
register for certain camps,
activities, classes, lessons, and other events (“Activities”)
offered by third parties that have contracted with BlobFish (“Activity
Providers”) and to manage their registrations and Activities. You understand
and agree that this Privacy Policy does not govern or control how such Activity
Providers may use your information and we recommend that you review the
Activity Provider’s privacy and other policies prior to registering for their
Activities.
Collection of Information
BlobFish collects various types of information, such as:
● Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, children’s names, ages, address, email address, billing and/or credit card (or other payment processing) information etc., which may be used when you register for Activities and to deliver the services you have requested. This may also include information you provide in response to our surveys, questionnaires or other requests from us in connection with your use of the Site(s) or Service.
● Information automatically collected when visiting our Site(s) or using our Service, which may include through our use of cookies, your IP address, unique device identifier, browser information or device functionality, URL that referred you to our Site or Service, page views and server logs (“Usage Information”) Usage Information is not associated with your personal information but if we do associate any Usage Information with your personal information, we will treat it as personal information.

We also use Google Analytics to
understand how the Site is being used. Google Analytics uses permanent cookies
on your web browser to identify you as a unique user. All data are anonymous.

We may also use other third party
analytic tools, including Facebook Pixel and other tools, that may use or rely
on cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or receive
information from our Sites or Service and use that information for ad targeting

● We may also collect anonymous demographic information from our users from time to time, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion at a later time.
Use and Sharing of Information
Collected
We will use your personal information to assist in the
provision of the Service and process your registrations for Activities. We may also analyze, store and use your
information in order to improve and customize your experience, including
remembering your information so you will not have to re-enter it for each
registration or use of the Service.
We will provide personal information to the Activity
Providers with which you have registered for Activities. We will not share information between
Activity Providers, but if you have registered for Activities with one or more
Activities Providers, you will be able to aggregate information for all of your
registrations to manage your family’s calendars. We do not control how such
Activity Providers use or share your information, so you should review their
policies prior to registering.
We may use personally identifiable information as a means
to keep you informed of opportunities available on or through our Sites or
Service, including other Activity Providers or Activities that may be of
interest to you. We may use your
information to contact you regarding Service changes, system maintenance
account or registration issues or otherwise troubleshoot problems.
BlobFish may also contact you with regards to completing
surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your experience with the
Service, Activities or Activity Providers or in relation to other services,
activities, functions or other opportunities that may be of interest to you and
that we may be considering as part of our Service improvements. Your participation in all such surveys or
questionnaires will be entirely voluntary and if we intend to use any
information gathered from such surveys or questionnaires in ways not disclosed
in this privacy policy, we will notify your and request consent prior to your
responding.
We use third party payment processors, including Stripe,
to process financial payments for certain services. When you make payments to
us or through the Service, we may store or transfer certain information
(including personally identifying information) to these payment processors for
the sole purpose of facilitating the payment transaction, including your name,
address, and credit card information. Some
Activity Providers may process your payment through their own service
providers, and in such event, we will transfer your payment information to
these Activity Providers and/or their service providers. Please review the Activity Provider’s Privacy
Policy and other policies before providing your information. We do not
authorize our service providers to use your information other than as necessary
to perform the services requested.
We will not sell, rent or lease any of your personal
information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
We may, from time to time, to make contact with you on
behalf of other external business partners with regards to products, services
or opportunities we believe may be of interest to you. If you consent or show interest in presented offers, then, at that time,
we may provide specific identifiable information, such as name, email address
and/or telephone number, to the third party.
BlobFish may disclose your personal information, without
prior notice to you, if required to do so by applicable laws and/or in a good
faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort
to:
● Remain in conformance with any applicable laws, rules or regulations or in an effort to comply with any process which may be served upon BlobFish or our Sites;
● Maintain, safeguard and/or preserve all the rights and/or property of BlobFish, its users, service provider and Activity Providers;
● Enforce our Terms of Service; or
● Detect, prevent, investigate or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or security breaches.
If BlobFish is acquired by or merges with a
third party, your information may be included in the assets of the company that
are sold or transferred to the acquirer.
You agree that we may transfer and assign the information we have
collected from you in connection with any such event. In the event of a bankruptcy, insolvency,
reorganization, receivership or assignment for the benefit of creditors, we may
not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred or
used.
Information security
We will take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized
access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, we cannot guarantee its absolute
security or that unauthorized persons will not access or use your personal
information for improper purposes. In
the event of a breach of security affecting personal information or data on our
servers, we will take such notification and other steps as may be required
under applicable law. We use Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) for
authentication and private
communications in an effort to build users' trust
and confidence our Sites and Service use by providing simple
and secure access and
communication of credit card and personal information.
Accessing and updating personal information
You may
update, change or correct your personal information through the Service. We will update your account and information
as requested, provided, that we may decline to update information if we
determine it to be impractical (for instance, requests concerning information
residing on backup tapes or other historical data). In any case where we
provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of
charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.
Data Retention
If you
provide personal information to us through our Site or Service, you may request
that we delete such personal information from our system by contacting us at
support@goBlobFish.com. If you cancel
your registration for the Service we will take reasonable steps to remove your
personal information from our services in accordance with our standard
processes within a reasonable period of time. We may retain non-personally
identifiable information indefinitely. Even after you remove information from
our Service or or delete your account, copies of that
information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared with
others, including Activity Provider.
Deletion of Unsubscribe or Opt-Out
If you have agreed to receive marketing or other optional
communications from us, you have the option to discontinue receiving such
communications from us. To discontinue
or unsubscribe to these communications, please send an email that you wish to
unsubscribe to support@goBlobFish.com. Even
if you opt-out of these optional communications, we will still have the right
to send you necessary support and other communications regarding your use of
the Service, including information regarding your registrations and tax
receipts, until and unless you terminate your use of the Service. If you wish
to unsubscribe or opt-out from any
third party websites,
you must go to
that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.
DISCLOSURES
Children Under Age of 13
BlobFish does not knowingly collect personal identifiable
information from children under the age of thirteen (13) that requires parental
notice and consent under applicable law without such parental consent. If it is determined that such information has
been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall
immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted
from our system's database. Anyone under
the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to
use Site or Service or provide any personal information.
Links to Other Web Sites
Our Site or the Service may contain links to affiliate and
other websites. If you access those links, you will leave our Site or
Service. BlobFish does not claim nor
accept responsibility for
any privacy policies,
practices and/or procedures these third party websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and
visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy
statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable
information. This Privacy Policy applies only and solely to the information
collected by BlobFish through our Sites or the Service.
Social Media Sites
We may have pages or other presence on various social
networking sites or services, such as Facebook, Twitter and the like. Any
information you post or provide through such sites and services will be subject
to the policies of those sites and services.
Location of Servers
Our servers are located in the United States of
America. If you are accessing the Site
and Service from outside the United States, please be advised that through your
continued use of the Site or Service, which is governed by U.S. law and this
Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United
States and you consent to that transfer and the maintenance and processing of
such information in the United States.
Changes to Privacy Policy

to update and/or
change the terms of our
privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage

that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect,
how it will be used, and
under what circumstances, if
any, we may disclose such
information. If at any point in time BlobFish decides to make use of any personally identifiable

in a manner materially
different from that which was stated when this information

Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits
California residents who have supplied personal information, as defined in the
statute, to us, under certain circumstances, to request and obtain certain
information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third
parties for their direct marketing purposes.
